I phoned EweMove a couple of weeks ago regarding my desire to view a property which was on RightMove. Mathew returned my call and was so helpful bearing in mind I live 120 miles away from the prospective property. He answered all my questions and we agreed a meeting this coming Friday when I shall be able to view the property.

Matt has helped us through the purchase of our current home which due to personal circumstances was a little unconventional but he did everything he could to make things as flexible and manageable as possible. We were so happy with his help through our purchase that he also helps look after a rental property for me now.

Victoria Sylvester provided a great estate agent service for us last week. When making initial contact with EweMove we were impressed with her prompt and helpful replies to our enquiries. Viewings were arranged without delay at times convenient to ourselves with Victoria in attendance. It was also helpful that it was organised so we we were able to view without the vendors in attendance. Victoria has excellent knowledge of the local area and the properties she was presenting. She is also extremely professional and pleasant. If I was selling my home locally Victoria would be at the top of my shortlist.

They are reasonably priced and polite but if your going for a rental then they don’t go with first come, and you can’t put a holding deposit down until they have shown everyone round which is not how it works , the holding deposit is to let the first person hold the house until all checks are done. But like many other agents it’s just a luck dip if you get picked
