I would like to say a big thank you to Oulsnams, especially Josie from the Barnt Green branch., Josie has supported me step by step to access my first rental - an lovely apartment , I would like to thank Josie for her prompt actions to all my requests. She has made the transition into my apartment seamless. Thank you for being so efficient and personable when we met yesterday to pick up the keys and sign off final paperwork. Great job! Also a thank you to Joyti for enabling me to view the apartment in the first place - the viewing had been closed but Joyti informed me of a last minute cancellation-now I am the new tenant!
