Kathryn Grodoski, in your Barnt Green Office, has helped me find a new tenant for my property. She has been extremely thorough and helpful through out the whole process, keeping me informed at all times of possible new tenants and of my commitments. Kathryn found me a lady who suited my requirements and hopefully will be a good tenant. She even told me when she would not be available, having said that she, never-the-less, always acted promptly to all of my needs and requests.
