I have found this agent the most unprofessional agent I have dealt with recently, I made an offer on a let property over 10 days ago and after constantly chasing for an update and promised call back after call back still nothing!! I have since used another agent found a property completed all paperwork paid the deposit and collect the keys next week.....whilst I am still waiting for a call back from Ouslnam....Can you imagine how bad this is for the landlords they represent??NegativeProfessionalism
