Disgraceful service. Have been a resident in a let property via oulsnam for 12 months now. Just found out I have been lied to constantly for the last 12 months by Caroline at Barnt Green, the landlady has been also. Only found out due to a chance meeting between us both. Oulsnam charging landlady for repairs, yet the work has not been carried out ever, in fact we were told that the landlady refuses to do the repairs. This has happened on more than one occasion.
