We were in a chain, so it was reassuring to know that someone was following things up with the other parties (I wasn't aware before but apparently solicitors can only deal with those 'one' above and below in a chain). We also sold our previous house through another branch of Oulsnams, and would definitely recommend the company for both sales and purchases.
