We wanted to give a special thanks and mention to Sanae who dealt with our lack of organisation with friendliness and charm. We had forgotten our passports, despite reminders. Sanae was firm in insisting on her need to see our original documentation, but turned a frustrating morning into a positive experience by her friendliness and professionalism - as well as by providing a very welcome cup of tea!
