I have recently sold a property through this branch and the service was excellent. The agent kept in contact with all parties and went above and beyond as my buyer ( an elderly lady ) needed hand holding and assistance which the agent at Barnt Green took on as her personal role to make sure the buyer didn’t feel overwhelmed. We managed to beat the stamp duty deadline ; just! The service from Julia was exceptional especially during a time when solicitors were not keen to speak to people as they were under so much pressure to get completions pushed through.
