I can honestly say that the whole team at Oulsnam’s in Barnt Green have been absolutely fantastic. My application from start to finish was overlooked by an extremely supportive and helpful young lady named Chrystalla who has a bright future ahead of her. After some tough years many peoples lives have changed and I experienced just how unhelpful Estate Agents as a whole are in the wider area. No return calls or emails, no real care, advertising property’s that have been taken for some time… quite honestly in my experience it was becoming a very painful and soul destroying process. Then I saw a house listed with Robert Oulsnams, originally I called the wrong branch and was told I would get a call back! Within 20mins I was called back and directed to the right office, an estate agents that keeps its word. What a fantastic caring and considerate company. It’s took two weeks to support me and get me the keys to my new home that was needed quickly due to having children.
