I would highly recommend the team at Northwood Barnstaple. As lettings agents they were fantastic, making the letting process really easy for us. We let our other property ourselves and had several problems. So when we invested in another property we went to Northwood lettings agents to find us a tenant. They took time to find us the right tenant, and provided us with a really detailed inventory so when the time comes to check the tenant out we have a great document to work with in case of any dispute.
