Quality, Professional Service

We recently bought a property through Martyn Gerrard in High Barnet. . Right from our first contact, Susan and her team were very professional, actually listening to what we were looking for and then proceeded to not only facilitate viewings on properties we'd selected but also made sensible suggestions about other properties that might suit. This included the one we've gone on to buy. This was a far cry from the service we were receiving from other agents who didn't listen and just showed us everything and anything. From the initial negotiation right up to exchange, the team in High Barnet, most notably Susan herself, were instrumental helping us reach an agreement on price before helping to keep our chain together while we waited for a jittery buyer on our flat. Even though we were the buyer in this situation, we really felt the staff at MG had both parties interests in mind throughout. Overall, a really great experience.
