Excellent lettings service
Nick Teare, the Lettings Manager based in North London, is an absolute credit to the Martyn Gerrard brand. He was on time, courteous, professional and explained everything thoroughly during the viewing. He responded to our urgent needs very swiftly and ensured that a very tight deadline was met. He was extremely efficient with the paperwork and took the stress out of our urgent housing need. Nick is head and shoulders above any other lettings manager that I have dealt with personally and professionally – I should know because I insure many property and letting agents!

Flat sale
Although it was not the best time to be selling a flat in London and after a difficult start and some hard negotiating Sophie got the sale done, Sophie is tenacious and unlikely to ever let a sale slip thorough her "safe" hands. Thanks Sophie. Adrian..

Helpful staff
Ashmir has always been quick to respond and helpful with his suggestions. Unlike others, he doesn’t try to ram properties down your throat and actually knows all relevant details about the property.

Efficient Service
Susan handled the property purchase process efficiently and dilligently despite it being a difficult and complicated case. She ensured a smooth transition throughout. Susans approach to the sales process was well mannered, driven and determined focusing on the task at hand and ensuring timelines were met. Good experience, would use again.
Susan and her team were knowledgable, efficient and easy to get hold of. We bought a house and sold ours through them, and although we faced a couple of difficulties which were out of Martyn Gerrards hands, they were helpful in assisting and advising us throughout the transactions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thanks again!
