Excellently executed sale by Rachel and the Barnet Team

I was selling my house recently in a difficult and slow market, and had tried other estate agents without success. As soon as Martyn Gerrard took over the sale, they managed to attract a number of seriously interested viewers and I soon received a very good offer, which I accepted. Rachel handled the whole sale process very professionally, despite facing a number of ups and downs along the way. With her pleasant and cheerful personality, she managed to smooth out any difficulties and successfully negotiate some issues I feared were not negotiable. She was always immediately available to respond to any queries by phone, in her supportive, patient and reassuring manner, and succeeded in completing the sale.
