Thank you Karen for taking the time to leave a rating, however having checked your name against our database we have no record of anyone of your name either buying, selling, renting or even enquiring about a property with us so we have no idea what we haven't done to fulfil expectations to the 5 stars that the vast majority of real buyers and sellers have left for us - and when doing so they have been kind enough to leave detailed feedback as to how this arrived at. We would love to know why your rating was two stars and note that there are no comments left so this is simply a rating based upon nothing.
