I'm not finished so I don't want to 'jinx' anything, but even my experience has been amazing. Not everyone in the office speaks Welsh, but they 'humour' me as Welsh learners and give me people with whom I can practice. I have agreed reduced equipment, but that was my choice. There was a lot of interest in the house in the first month and the house is now off the market. The best thing was the speed of responding to contacts by email, phone calls etc, and the speed to put on the market (virtually overnight). They are all lovely people - well done :)
