An outstanding 5 star Estate Agent. I couldn't ask for a better Estate Agent - Whilst selling a property, I was taken for a fool by a "lesser" estate agent - a quick phone call to Matt Bates @ Winkworths, and he proved to me that not all estate agents are worth the bad rap they get. They offer fair pricing and an outstanding service - they will listen to you as the client and work with you to get the job done. Matt went above and beyond to sell our house for us, he and his team are all highly professional agents that understand the local market, know how to communicate effectively and efficiently with both vendors and purchasers, can deal with anything that comes up + they are all genuinely nice people!
