From start to finish, the office staff, but particularly the branch manager, Paul Tilbury, made a stressful process very straightforward by their professionalism and communication. Nothing was too much trouble, and they were always available at the end of the phone or online. Can't recommend them more.

This is like my first rental in UK and Dafydd Hardy Bangor team made it easy and swift. The customer service is top notch. They are always there to respond to my mails and answer my question. Shout out to the lady I met when I went for viewing, and Julie who I have been talking to throughout the steps.

A coworker recommended Dafydd Hardy for student housing, and I'm so glad they did! They were very helpful and patient with our questions, and we've been able to find a good house for next year, even though we started looking a bit late. I would greatly recommend them if you're looking for student housing!

10/10 living experience honestly. Close to where we gotta go. Frequent enough visits to check the house. Emails are replied pretty fast and in a nice manner. Def reccomend it!
