The customer service was impeccable. The response to mail was super fast...am talking about response less than 5minutes of any mail sent. The Staff made the process fast and effortless. they respond to mails even on weekend. Sally keys made it all easy. I had an issue regarding the return of my deposit and was very upset about it. But then a member of the team reached out to me, listened to my complaint, and fixed it promptly. He apologised and made no excuses and even made the effort to explain to me how the issue has been internally resolved so that no other students have to go through the same thing again. I must say I am impressed, it's not everyday you actually get heard. So I am giving Dafydd Hardy 5 stars because, I know whatever problems they have now, are taken seriously and ironed out. That will make them one of the best agencies out there.
