Have dealt with Dafydd and his teams for many years professionally and so knowing of the firms reputation when it came to have to act on behalf of my mother to sell her house on Anglesey they were our first choice. I`m happy to say I was not proven wrong.... Following the initial assessment by Paul T and Dafydd and when the house went on the market this was done professionally and efficiently with good early interest and an offer was promptly secured.... The sale took a bit longer than anticipated mainly due to unforeseen issues on our part but Tilly and Nia got it over the line eventually .... The right result in the end.... Thank you all ...Would highly recommend !

Excellent Estate agents, great communications throughout from all especially Nia and Matild Received regular updates on all viewings with constructive feed back which seriously is not common practice with all estate agents I feel that is important in this day and age when i cant meet all prospective buyers Just wished they had a practice in Ruthin so they could take care of our other property sale thats imminent

As landlords, we have always found the Students Letting team at Dafydd Hardy in Bangor to be of top quality. They understand the market, know what it takes to arrange and maintain tenancies and have a very professional (yet personable) approach with students and landlords. The team is reliable, shows great attention to detail and is very responsive. We would not want to go anywhere else.

Dafydd Hardy’s were recommended to us by a friend and WOW they certainly did not disappoint. From the first contact to the last they were absolutely incredible, Tilly carried out the viewings on our property through to the completion of sale with the utmost respect, care and professionalism. We honestly can’t praise her enough. Absolutely fantastic.
