Following the initial assessment by Paul T and Dafydd and when the house went on the market this was done professionally and efficiently with good early interest and an offer was promptly secured.... The sale took a bit longer than anticipated mainly due to unforeseen issues on our part but Tilly and Nia got it over the line eventually .... The right result in the end....
