Just rented a property with Martin & Co Banbury, the process was fast and efficient and made a lot easier because of Grace. She kept us well informed and helped us through every stage of the rental. Couldn't recommend her enough. Had a very poor experience with a different letting agent in Banbury and M & C and Grace are leagues above.

In the past I have had issues with communication and rude staff. Since lockdown, however, and what seems like some staff changes, there has been an incredible improvement. Kudos to the director, David, for working flat out and making sure things are dealt with! We have no complaints and are planning to stay with Martin and Co for another year!
