During the whole sales period, from the time we signed the contract with Country Properties Baldock, to the time we completed, we found that every member of staff we dealt with was totally professional, understanding and supportive. In particular, we would like to mention Irma Bucci the Area Manager. Over the months we faced very many issues and problems and during this period Irma was brilliant. On many occasions she found herself in the middle of two clients and on all occasions throughout, kept everyone on board bringing into play her diplomatic abilities and her understanding of how all processes should work and pan out.
