Professional, personal service and expertise

I sold my house through Country Properties in the summer of 2016. Helen and her team ensured the selling process was stress and hassle free. I simply handed over a set of keys and within a week my house was sold. I happenened to be home when a viewing was taking place and was very impressed by the knowledge and level of expertise shown by the agent who had clearly taken the time to understand the house and what it had to offer. She even highlighted features I had not considered in my 4 years there! My purchase through another agent was rather protracted, but throughout Sonia co-ordinated and cascaded information between all the parties in the chain on a regular basis to ensure there was a good level of communication. She pre emptied any challenges before they could become issues and kept everyone positive despite the many frustrations. I wouldn't use anyone else if I was looking for an agent and would highly recommend. Thank you Country Properties!

They have a lot of Baldock properties on their books and undoutedly get a lot of people knocking on their door to view them. I registered with them in 2012 when house hunting - got property details given to me (I had dropped into the office). Viewed a couple although no good. All an OK service. But then heard nothing from them until....wait for it...a year later....they had something on the market would I be interested? A year without anything from them (despite stuff coming on the market that matched my criteria). Clearly they had a tricky one to sell and were actually being proactive! If you want an estate agent that will proactively market you property I would question whether these were any use at all.
