I've bought a few homes in my time, but never felt this supported as the non-fee paying buyer. They always responded within the day / more often than not within the hour to my call or email, fully gave me an update, gave me access to the property before I owned it if I needed to investigate anything, and pursued the legal team if there was any slow progress.
