The team work hard to respond to all enquiries in a very fast rental market, and due to the very high levels of interest on all our rental properties we always aim to manage a caller’s expectations at first point of contact. So, in practice whenever we add an interested party to a waiting list, we always advise that if they do not hear from us within the week it’s because the property is no longer available to view (it has been oversubscribed/ it has been let). We apologise if this was not said to you when you first registered your interest for a viewing, and that your experience with us didn’t match your expectations.
