Howard’s used our property information held previously by CJ Hole without permission and incorrectly advertised our property for sale when it wasn’t for sale. It now appears on searches that we tried to sell our property when in fact we didn’t. When we complained to Howard’s they didn’t seem overly concerned with the issue.

Thank you for your feedback relating to your previous experience with us, and again we are sorry the advertisement of the property you purchased from us re-appeared on one of the property portals back in July.
As we mentioned at the time, we had recently re branded to become ‘HOWARD’. During the crossover from our old brand to new, we experienced an issue with adverts for properties sold under our old brand name being pulled across to one of the property portals. However as soon as we became aware of this fault we swiftly contacted the portal software provider who immediately rectified the issue.
We are pleased to say all is now running perfectly and we can assure you there will no longer be further issues of this nature. Once again we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
