The team at Howard are all really friendly and welcoming. Chris Baker dealt with us and he was really great and made sure everything went smoothly. I think because they're a smaller independent agency, they care about their customers more and you don't feel like your get lost in the system like you do with most other agencies. Would 10/10 recommend.
