This is the second time I've used Howard and I have to say the experience was once again exceptional. Their knowledge of the Bristol market is superior to others we spoke to leading to an accurate and fair valuation. They have a great network of people so very quickly secured us 16 viewings, guiding us every step of the way. They were a great sounding board in picking the best (might i say not highest) offer and their aftercare service between exchange and completion was excellent. Everyone you speak to in the office is kind, well mannered and motivated to help and even though the team has expanded, you still get that personal service. As you can probably tell, based on my experience I think they are the best Estate Agent in Bristol and would have zero hesitation in recommending them should anyone wish to buy or sell a home in the Bristol area.
