Unfortunately, I can’t give this agency 5 stars. At first, everything went smoothly, but later we felt there was a bit too much pressure on us as buyers — and even on our solicitors — which I found unnecessary. Some parts of the process simply take time, and estate agents should understand that. Because of this, the experience became more stressful than we had hoped, whereas buying a home should be an enjoyable experience for the buyer. That said, I do appreciate their quick responses to emails and the pleasant viewing experience, which is why I’m still giving a stars for their effort in those areas.
