Wendy was very friendly, professional and experienced. She came across as genuine and answered questions honestly, even telling me of the percentage rate Bluebell Estate charged without having to be asked. My gut feel was to go with them, but having made appointments with two other estate agents, I thought I’d better keep them. By contrast, one of their competitors, arrived with a briefcase full of glossy marketing brochures, and proceeded to “blind me with science” boasting about how they were better than anyone else, etc. However, when I asked the question about rates, it was avoided, and then some waffle about how it was on a scale, and could be negotiated. I had to insist on an answer. Then he walked round all the rooms trying to impress me with his laser measuring toy, and all the while I’m thinking, hang on a minute, I haven’t agreed for you to sell my house yet! That made my mind up, I cancelled the appointment with the other agent, and phoned Wendy immediately. My instincts were proved right. Our house sold within a week of coming out of lockdown, and we were kept informed at every stage. We first used Bluebell Estates many years ago, when we rented a local property from John, whom we liked, again for his professionalism and attitude. John has a great team working for him, and we would highly recommend them. It’s also nice to support a small local business, who are doing things right, and therefore surviving amongst the bigger competitors.

John and his team were excellent. The quality of their photography was far higher than the agents we foolishly tried first, and the video they produced was brilliant - several of the viewings mentioned it. The real quality though was after the sale was agreed. It was a complex transaction with many parties involved, but all of the Bluebell team kept on top of it and pushed it through - even when it wasn't really their job to do so. Their fees were more than reasonable, much less than many other agents, and I would not hesitate to use them again.PositiveQuality, Professionalism

From the minute john stepped into our family home on his first visit to us we felt we were in safe hands on our buying and selling journey .He and his team were always professional , approachable, friendly and always returned calls and dealt with queries quickly .If you drive around the local area the vast majority of houses for sale are through bluebell estates, these "for sale" signs are usually replaced with "sold" very quickly , this speaks for itself.if you need the services of an estate agent in the area don't look any further ,they are the complete package .A big thank you for taking the stress out of the whole process and for a great result !
