Honestly, very slow. And generally poor.

I am sorry to say but I am not happy with their service. They are very slow to respond to our problems

I would not give belvoir Ashton one star. They are a disgrace. Whilst we are in a recession after a pandemic they are asking tenants for 10% rent increase. Surely this is not legal? Nothing surprises me, how are they still open , worst letting agency I have ever dealt with .

Bloke manager with glasses few years back, condescending scumbag, never again thats for sure!! should have had my head examined for renting here..Unobservant defensive liers too, point proven. AVOID!!

Good service until the minute you sign your tenancy, then they couldn't care less about your wellbeing. Rats, fleas, broken fixtures, unlockable external doors and all they do is get defensive and blame everyone else. Just like every other letting agent.

Horrible experience and terrible attitude, despite them being at fault. There are plenty of letting agents in the Ashton area - avoid this one at all costs.

Horrible experience. After waiting for 2 weeks for an email response, i called at quarter to 5 to arrange a viewing just to be told "ive switched my computer off and we finish at 5 so you'll need to call tomorrow" and then a quick bye and put the phone down in my ear as i was asking if she could write my details down. then rented by another company as i had obviously not called back after that. i had then, yesterday started house hunting again, and decided it could have possibly only been one bad experience and so inquired about another 2 properties. I got a very abrupt and rude call, especially rude when i said i work full time and cannot view at 10am. i had asked if there were evening and weekend viewings to which i got the reply of (its not listed for weekends and i only work until 5 so it will have to go to someone else". how horrible. i then got an email response regarding the other property with just the phrase "you working?" how unprofessional from someone ive never even spoken to before! if your service while just looking for a property is this bad, i cant imagine how horrible the renting must be. i have to give 1 star at the least, but if i could i would give a negative amount. horrible, horrible horrible.

Belvior Ashton are simply

Belvior Ashton are simply awful. Slow, or in some cases, no response. Was told before moving in work was going to be done on the property - it wasn't. The house was a state when we moved in but we were assured it would be professionally cleaned. It wasn't. I can only assume they took a large chunk of the previous tenant's deposit and kept it for themselves as no improvements were ever made. Now waiting impatiently to get deposit back. Sent numerous emails, no response. Absolute joke. One of the worst I've ever dealt with, and that includes an agency that took 3 months to fix my toilet!! Awful.
