I am really sorry you were dissatisfied with our service but would like to clarify that your statement of 'payment incentives to staff' based on numbers of viewing is totally untrue. My team always 'qualify' viewers before they book to view a property but clearly we cannot guarantee that they are telling us the truth about their position. If they proceed to make an offer, we then request formal proof of their ability to buy as the only time we get paid is on successful completion.
