Fantastic service and a lovely team.

Annie and the rest of the team pretty well worked a miracle keeping my purchase together. As the parent of a severely disabled son there are very few properties suitable for us and I’m so happy to be here. I’m in a bungalow with a wet room so I don’t need to make any adaptations. I’m not planning to sell anytime soon but if I were, I know where to go. I can’t thank you all enough x

Fantastic Service Would Recommend Jackie Quinn

The Service we received from Annie was great, she went 'above and beyond for us. Always very helpful and we were kept up to date all the time,nothing was too much trouble for her.. I would recommend this Agent as one of the best in Ashtead.

Great estate agent - very helpful

We recently bought a house in Leatherhead, with the sale organised by Beverley and Annie at Jackie Quinn. The agents were by far the most helpful and friendly of the people involved, and made sure the solicitors spoke to one another and kept to the timetable! I would definitely recommend Jackie Quinn. New Home Let

Outstanding and Professional Service

Friendly, Professional and knowledgeable

The staff at Jackie Quinn are extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable in their field of work. We bought a house and they were always ready to answer questions, chase the solicitor or check something with the seller. Thanks to Jackie, Lawrence, Annie and Beverley for making our purchase a pleasant experience. I will recommend Jacki Quinn to sellers and landlords!

First Class Service

Jackie Quinn Estate Agents have let and managed my property for many years and they look after it as if it were their own. I have never had a void period and my tenants have always been first class.

Didn't inspire confidence

This agent was only bent on getting viewers through the door and misled us on the status of viewers consistently. I was told viewers had their houses on the market when they didn't and that some were under offer when they weren't. I later found out that this is because of payment incentives to staff, I.e., they get a commission per viewing. When showing the house, rather than concentrating on its benefits, they focused on how it could be extended, which I believe gave a poor impression.

I am really sorry you were dissatisfied with our service but would like to clarify that your statement of 'payment incentives to staff' based on numbers of viewing is totally untrue. My team always 'qualify' viewers before they book to view a property but clearly we cannot guarantee that they are telling us the truth about their position. If they proceed to make an offer, we then request formal proof of their ability to buy as the only time we get paid is on successful completion.
