I viewed a property in bilston that was shown to me by paul when arriving we had a look around the property and noticed some damp and spoke on our concern about which way the guttering should be facing Paul made a sarcastic comment to my mother to go and tell the guy how to do his job he later asked questions about my financial situation and kept stressing to me if I could afford it he also asked questions about my child's father and if he would be coming to see her there, he then said he would have to view my current property to see if im taking care off it and there wasn't scribbles all over the walls and boxes everywhere all of his comments were very unnesasary and ignorant I felt as though he was discriminating against me because I was a single parent and an Irish traveler, as I expected he later called me to tell me he made the decision to give the property to somebody else even though I showed interest and viewed the property first I will not be using this agency again and im extremely disappointed that they allow there staff to behave this way
