We recently purchased our new home through Jackson-Stops in Dorking, a process which took several months. We were looked after by Lucy Lawrie who was excellent throughout, especially towards a protracted exchange and as patience was tested, Lucy's constant communication with the full chain kept everyone on track and through to a successful completion in the end. Not an easy thing to go through but made much less stressful by high levels of professionalism and good humour.
