The sale took much longer than expected, and Jo went above and beyond the call of duty to do everything in her power to try and speed things along. We found our forever home through Ryder & Dutton just after Christmas ‘21, we knew we wanted this home but we also knew that there had been other offers put in. From the get go we had one issue after another with regards to mortgage companies, and various other things and Jo Hardcastle was always at the other end of the phone whenever i needed her, to check up on things or to simply ring her for a moan. Jo was unbelievable in so many ways… she went above & beyond for us, for what was such a long house sale. Jo was also so welcoming, professional and nothing was too much for her. She spent her days chasing everyone for information and updates and I honestly could not have kept sane without her. I used Richard James to sell my home and they were brilliant. Sold it really quickly, kept me updated throughout the whole process, gave really good advice, and chased the whole chain from start to finish. I mostly dealt with Mike and Rachael, and they were fantastic. Both really friendly and helpful. Also really knowledgeable. I would not hestitate to recommend them.
