I would highly recommend Lyndon. He took great photos of the house, staging it to look it's best and gave me great advice for how to help with this, keeping it feeling like my home whilst thinning out some of my personal things to help someone else imagine themselves there. His flexibility in doing viewings was also refreshing from the normal estate agents who stick to office hours which arent flexible to busy working lives. He helped me to keep calm during what is a stressful process, checking in with me regularly and helping with any queries. I was also relocating which meant I was limited to when I could do viewings and he helped manage my buyers expectations too whilst keeping me on track which I was very grateful for.
