After what felt a lifetime, 2 years later we are finally moved. During this time horizon estate agents really did a great job! Big shout out to Kerry! Nothing was ever a problem, the amount of times I spoke with her and the team was crazy but never felt it was an issue. Obviously time meant I was known in the office and even when Kerry wasn’t in I was able to speak to anyone and they knew the situation and had an update. Moving was SLOW but this wasn’t due to Horizon but another online estate agent. Yes online maybe cheaper, but they don’t have the driving force behind them to push a sale through and follow it through to completion. I can vouch for this! So a big thank you to you all!
