I have been a tenant for a number of years with Horizon in rochford and have found All staff have been very helpful and have good knowledge and understanding, They answer calls quickly and resolve issues efficiently and in a timely fashion over all I have had excellent communication with team over the years

Great team, very helpful, if there is an issue we let them know and they contact the landlady the same day and we normally get a call back the same day with a resolution., professional and friendly

From start to finish without exception all employees of Horizon have provided a seamless and professional service. I have received telephone and email updates regularly and whenever I have needed to call them whoever answered the phone was aware of the up to date position. Nothing was ever too much trouble and I always felt I was a valued customer. All members of staff are a credit to the company but Calum Neale deserves a special mention for hand holding me throughout the trials and tribulations of selling a property.
