A very poor experience and my seller ended up going with someone else who offered her more money despite me paying nearly £1000 for a survey and not once backing out. I am giving 1 star to Calum because he was polite and friendly but I can honestly say I got a better service from the charity shop next door.

All was well until one day when speaking to Alison she forgot to put me on mute and used foul language when I asked her to ring someone else directly and before anyone asks I had never been and never was rude, totally uncalled for and totally unprofessional, makes you wonder how they talk about their clients, will never use again, very disappointed
