All was well until one day when speaking to Alison she forgot to put me on mute and used foul language when I asked her to ring someone else directly and before anyone asks I had never been and never was rude, totally uncalled for and totally unprofessional, makes you wonder how they talk about their clients, will never use again, very disappointed

Horizon are awful to deal with; always 'about to ring me back'; finally, after I went out of my way to chase them along with others in the chain. Would NOT advise anyone to deal with this estate agents.

After contacting horizon regarding the lack of contact since I put my property up for sale with them I was told I was wrong . I was told it was all in my head . When I said I wasn’t happy with how I was spoken to the agent laughed . Told me if I wasn’t happy to go elsewhere . Then found out they had my email address wrong . Their response ? ‘Oh well it’s an easy mistake to make ‘ I said I’d only had 2 calls in 5 weeks from them . He told me he didn’t believe me. I said I wasn’t happy with the service . His reply ? ‘And .... ‘? . Really unhappy and upset by their dismissive attitude .I must add that Ed was so lovely when he came to value my property and I had a lovely chat with Kerry during one of the two phone calls I’d had . Which made it all the more shocking when I came up against Rhys and John whose customer service skills were sadly lacking

Lots of no shows for viewings which were not followed up by them (I was never contacted with an explanation, I always had to seek them out). These viewings were also never rebooked which is noteworthy. When I contacted them for the second time about their lack of interest in selling the property, the response was rude and dismissive rather than conciliatory. No acknowledgement of the validity of any of the concerns or consideration of our point of view. It is a shame as I do not feel the tone of the response was professional or necessary.
