Purchased our house through them recently, they were great. Knowledgeable and local agent who showed us round both times. The office staff were great, always quick to respond and super friendly and helpful. Slightly kicking ourselves for not using them to sell our house! Only reason this is a 4* review and not a 5*, is because they moved their sales progressing part in house early on in the move, and we did find them a bit lacking, and we couldn't quite work out what their job was. In the grand scheme of things however, it was a small irritation. Would definitely recommend 👌

Thanks to Moira and the team, great communication and went the extra mile to get our Tennant’s in on time. In particular with a few holidays taking place the staff still managed an excellent level of service, including the Manchester central team too.

Would recommend. An efficient process from start to finish. We chose Fine and Country because we like their marketing, but they did manage the process well. We liked the fact that all the agents came out to see the house, Marianne their office manager is very good. All the agents were very responsive & got straight back to you.
