I can’t express enough how impressed I have recently been with staves, especially Ben. Staves wasn’t even my estate agent however Ben went over and above to ensure everything ran smoothly. He was in contact with me during the whole process more than my estate agent was and really helped fight my battles. He kept my anxiety levels down during the whole process. He honestly treated me as though he was my estate agent, even giving me a welcome to your new home pack. If I could have, I would have given staves the money I paid to my estate agents as staves/ Ben was much more professional and approachable. I would 100% recommend Staves and specifically ask for Ben who is amazing at his job. Thank you Ben for being so amazing and doing the job that my own useless estate agents should have been doing.
