I have recently had my flat on the market with Ryder and Dutton Lindley. Jo Hardcastle was my sales negotiator and I must say how much I’d recommend her if you were thinking of selling your house. She was professional and polite during the process and kept me updated regularly. I didn’t think estate agents managed the sale when it is removed from the market, so it was reassuring to hear that she was keeping an eye on it and pushing solicitors/buyers when they need it.
