Alex was very friendly and helpful on our first viewing, as was Daisy for our second. The house was advertised with two estate agents, but we chose to buy it through Richard James as I noticed they had a sales progressor, and I am so glad we did. Jo has been amazing. We had some stressful times due to things lower down in the chain and I am sure I drove her crazy at times, but Jo was always ready to listen to my rants and help and support me when things got tough.
