When we considered property software providers, 14 years ago, we were looking for cost, functionality but most importantly a reliable and speedy support service. Over those years we have bee blown away by the service that we have received form Estates IT. The cost has been fair and improvements have been constantly made to improve the system. They also produced our website for a pretty reasonable fee. We have recently switched to their new system which is all singing/all dancing and save me personally two or three hours a day during the banking/accounts process. All of my staff are absolutely delighted with the ease and functionality of the system which seems perfect to me (although more collaborations with external software are on the way). Sure there may be shinier products out there but my experience with the service when I checked the competition (to be sure) was dismal.
