Poor communication when marketing the property (both before and after viewings). Lots of no shows for viewings which were not followed up by them (I was never contacted with an explanation, I always had to seek them out). These viewings were also never rebooked which is noteworthy. When I contacted them for the second time about their lack of interest in selling the property, the response was rude and dismissive rather than conciliatory. No acknowledgement of the validity of any of the concerns or consideration of our point of view. It is a shame as I do not feel the tone of the response was professional or necessary.
