From the moment of initial contact Kerry and her team were so proactive. Because Kerry had full knowledge of her clients’ requirements she was able to direct buyers for viewings and so we were able to sell our house before it went on to market. It was a smooth and very fast process and I can’t thank the team enough.

The team were so proactive, understanding their clients’ requirements. They were able to organise viewings and sell our property even before it made it to full market. Consequently we had a very fast and smooth process throughout.

I have been really impressed with Staves Estate Agents. They are attentive, polite, courteous and down-to-earth. What sets them apart is that they actually do what they say they will do. They have offered me help and assistance without me even having to ask, which I feel is rare in this industry. I feel I can genuinely trust them, which has made the whole process reassuring and far less stressful.
