I am disappointed with my experience with this letting agency. I contacted them several times to arrange a viewing for a property but received no response. My emails and enquiries were ignored, and I was never contacted back. Good communication is an important part of customer service, and unfortunately this was lacking in my experience. As a result, I was unable to arrange a viewing or obtain any information about the property. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this agency.
