I have been using The Frost Partnership for many years; however, this has been my first build to rent that I have completed. I am very happy to say, I have had no regrets in doing this as I entrusted my development in the capable hands of Mitchell Russell and Layla Hussey in the Ashford office. Mitchell and I first spoke back in 2022 in the early stages of the build, discussing possible rents, requirements and expectations of which Mitchell was able to answer and communicate eloquently, reassuring me throughout the process. During the build Mitchell and his team were always available for advice and more than happy to visit the site on numerous occasions to ensure the properties were to satisfaction and to offer opinions to ensure I could maximise both on rents and quality of tenants. Nearing the completion of the build, Mitchell and Layla were able to find tenants for all of my 14 flats without delay and advised me throughout the process of referencing with clear communication of the position I was currently in. This coupled with the sheer detail of understanding the requirements and legislation needed, I was able to have the tenants move into the properties immediately upon completion. Sadly, due to unforeseen delays I had to push the move in date back, and Mitchell communicated this to all the tenants in a very professional manner and was able to hold on to all of my tenants throughout the delays, again meaning I had no delay when the building was completed. Since the tenants have moved in, there have been snagging points to be dealt with, both from building control and general day to day issues, and Mitchell and his team have dealt with all the requests and access arrangements with no concern, and always clearly communicated this with myself.
