The service I received from this agency was extremely poor. The agent was consistently rude, dismissive, and neglectful throughout my tenancy. I was provided with a broken fridge from the start, which meant I could not store my food properly. Despite reporting the issue repeatedly, the agency failed to fix the problem for seven months and kept passing responsibility from one person to another until the tenancy ended. Their communication was unhelpful, unprofessional, and showed no concern for the impact this had daily living. They focused only on surface‑level matters and offered no real support when it was genuinely needed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this agency to anyone.
